Privacy

This summary explains the information InBound uses to operate and secure the Private Alpha. It is intentionally concise and will be updated as the product and its policies mature.

Information used by the service

InBound processes account identifiers, profile preferences, saved or followed picks, support feedback, and technical records needed to provide, troubleshoot, and secure the service.

Subscription checkout and payment details are handled by Stripe. InBound receives account, customer, subscription, and status identifiers needed to manage access; it does not need your full card number to grant Premium access.

Alpha operations

Authorized operators may review service records and submitted feedback to diagnose issues, protect the cohort, and improve the product. Alpha data may be retained for those operational purposes and for required recordkeeping.

Use Support & Feedback in Dashboard Settings for privacy questions or account requests. Because this is an early private release, response times and available self-service controls may be limited.
